Through the contact form on the website we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, message content.

While browsing, technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may also be processed through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy.

The contact form data is processed to respond to your requests for information (legal basis: response to your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Statistical data collected through Google Analytics is processed solely on the basis of the consent you can give in the cookie banner (art. 6.1.a GDPR). If you do not give it, the tool is not loaded at all. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, with no effect on your browsing.

On the same basis, and with separate consent, the data collected by the Meta pixel is processed to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show you relevant advertising. This is profiling: you may consent to statistics and decline this, or the other way round, and in either case your browsing stays exactly the same.

Data is processed by electronic means with appropriate security measures. Emails received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last exchange, unless legal obligations or the defence of a legal claim require otherwise.

Statistical data is retained by Google for the period set in the Analytics property: 2 months for event data and 14 months for user-associated data, counted from the last interaction with the site. Reports are produced in aggregate form.

Data is neither disseminated nor sold. To run this service we rely on the following providers, which process data on our behalf as data processors under art. 28 GDPR:

• Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL — Luxembourg

  website hosting (AWS Amplify), content delivery over the CloudFront network and delivery of contact form emails (Amazon SES, Frankfurt region). The delivery network serves pages from the node geographically closest to the visitor.

• Google Ireland Limited — Ireland

  Google Analytics 4 statistics service, enabled only with your prior consent.

• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Ireland

  the Meta pixel, enabled only with your prior consent: it measures the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. For this tool Meta is not merely a processor: as regards the collection and transmission of the data we are joint controllers (art. 26 GDPR), while Meta decides on its subsequent use.

Authorised staff of the controller may also access the data, within the limits of their duties.

If you consent to statistics, the data collected by Google Analytics may be transferred to the United States, to Google LLC. If you consent to marketing, the same applies to the data collected by the Meta pixel, transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. Both transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 concerning the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which both companies adhere, and of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the Commission.

If you give no consent, no data concerning you is transferred outside the European Union through this website: neither Google's nor Meta's scripts are loaded at all.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
